The Computational Regulatory Genomics Laboratory (computbio.org) at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow. The primary research focus of the lab is to understand the fundamental mechanisms of gene transcriptional regulation across various biological contexts, including developmental biology, cancer biology, and metabolism. We are specifically interested in enhancer regulation and systems-level understanding of enhancer architectures and functions across diverse biological contexts. We integrate multi-omics data, including ChIP-seq, ChIP-exo, CUT&RUN, GRO-seq, csRNA-seq, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, Hi-C, and single-cell technologies, to delineate heterogeneous architectures of transcription factor binding events and chromatin landscapes at high resolution. The lab collaborates with multiple experimental laboratories specialized in metabolism, cancer, and development. The lab’s work has been published in many high-profile journals, including Nature, Cell Metabolism, Molecular Cell, Genes & Development, Circulation, Nature Communications, and the Journal of Clinical Investigation.
