The successful candidate will work at the cutting edge of AI-driven structural biology, with research topics including:
Biomolecular structure modeling using cryo-EM and cryo-ET data
Protein and RNA structure prediction (beyond AlphaFold)
Deep learning for structure analysis and functional annotation

PhD in computer science, biology, physics, chemistry, engineering, or in a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python (or in other languages) (required)
Experience in machine learning, particularly deep learning (strongly desirable)
Experience with or understanding of AlphaFold and related methods is a strong plus
Solid background in mathematics, biophysics, or chemistry
