Mostly computational, diverse English-speaking team, modeling tumours across cancer types.
Funded EU collaborative grant
Modeling epigenetic state of cancer cells and their interactions with the environment
Opportunity to develop independent projects
Participation in collaborative efforts within consortium
Day-to-day interactions with students and other team members
2 years contract, good opportunities for renewal, good work-life balance, option to apply for permanent positions

Qualifications

PhD in a quantitative science or PhD in biology+expertise in modeling/bioinformatics
Expertise in mathematical modeling (logical modeling/physics based models etc.)
Excellent coding skills
Passion for science
Interest in epigenomics and cancer biology
Ideally expertise in informatics (software and hardware)
