Description

1.Develop and translate model algorithms for large-scale population multi-omics and multi-dimensional data (focus areas: pregnancy, disease, aging, alopecia, obesity, ancestry, etc.)
2.Lead development of universal analysis pipelines integrating novel multi-omics technologies, AI models, and population multi-omics data for:
cfDNA tissue-of-origin analysis
Biological aging assessment
Disease biomarker discovery
Disease prediction modeling
Multi-omics evaluation frameworks
3.Conduct comprehensive technology landscaping of cutting-edge advancements and clinical applications to design technical roadmaps and industry translation strategies
4.Provide daily guidance and training for graduate students and bioinformatics R&D staff
5.Lead or assist in research grant applications, including proposal writing and final reporting


Qualifications

1.Experience in high-throughput sequencing data analysis and human genome/exome projects, proficient in sequence alignment and analysis tools
Preferred: Experience with cfDNA, DNA methylation, sequencing data analysis, metabolomics/proteomics, or multi-omics integration
2.Proficient in Python, Perl, Shell, R, etc., with substantial engineering programming experience
Proficient in biomedical statistics knowledge and tools
3.Strong literature review, summarization, and writing skills
Preferred: High-impact publications or patent experience
