Join our vibrant, cross-disciplinary team as a Computational Biology Data Scientist, driving cutting-edge research within two newly launched Cystic Fibrosis Innovation Hubs: PULSE-CF and CF-TrailFinder. You will collaborate with clinicians, experimental scientists, and fellow data experts to uncover novel insights into cystic fibrosis exacerbations by providing expertise analysing data from multi-omics experiments and marrying it to clinical data.
You should hold a PhD in bioinformatics, systems biology or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. You should have significant experience in the application of statistics and bioinformatics techniques to answer biological questions particularly from omics data. PhD in Bioinformatics / Systems Biology / Biological Science with experience in the application of bioinformatics techniques / or related data science discipline with interest to learn biology, OR equivalent work experience.
