The Karchin Lab is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher with expertise in computational immuno-oncology. The successful candidate will focus on developing tools for T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire analysis and neoantigen prediction, contributing to cutting-edge research in cancer immunotherapy.
PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, immunology, or a related field.
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) and experience with data analysis.
Familiarity with immuno-oncology and TCR biology is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
