Description

The Teng Lab at Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, Florida, USA) is looking for Data Analysts to process, annotate and interpret omics datasets. Our lab focuses on computational understanding of gene regulatory mechanisms. We develop computational/statistical methods under diverse omics data settings. We are particularly interested in candidates with experiences in single-cell and spatial omics.

Qualifications

Master Degree or above in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics or related field
Proficient programming skills in biomedical data processing
Passionate in computational omics research
