Context And Mission
Our group at the Life Sciences Department is developing a research line centred on the development and maintenance of research infrastructures to serve large-scale projects in the Life Sciences domain. In this context, on one hand BioExcel Center of Excellence (bioexcel.eu) is a project seeking to establish a stable infrastructure for software management in the field of Biomolecular simulations; on the other hand the MDDB project (mddbr.eu) is developing the initial establishment of a large scale federated repository for biomolecular simulations. The candidate is expected to have a strong involvement in the development of the core technical infrastructure for MDDB and the provision of advanced tools for simulation study including both traditional and AI based strategies.
