The candidate is expected to conduct research in the broadly understood field of biomedical engineering and publish its results, demonstrate activity in obtaining grants, conduct classes for students of this field with commitment, and also engage in the organizational work of the Department and the Faculty. The scope of scientific topics includes bioinformatics, biomedical informatics or information technologies for medicine.
PhD in engineering and technical sciences or physical sciences, significant scientific achievements, confirmed by articles published in peer-reviewed international scientific journals in the last five years, in the field of biomedical engineering or related disciplines, teaching competences in the broadly understood field of biomedical engineering, including computer science subjects, good knowledge of Polish and English, spoken and written.
