We are recruiting a software engineer or a postdoc (computational biology, bioinformatics, machine learning) who will work in algorithmic development for spatial transcriptomics (all levels BS/MS/PhD/Postdoc).
Based at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, we are a team who has been working for spatial transcriptomics for many years. Especially, we applied image processing AI technology to study cell-cell interactions from spatial transcriptomics data.
For this recruitment, we teamed up with Dr. Ki Hoon Nam at Korea University who will generate multiple spatial transcriptomics data. A candidate will be based at Korea University, but work with Dr. Kyoung-Jae Won’s team at Cedars-Sinai for methodology development.
