A postdoctoral position is available in the Hannenhalli lab within the Laboratory of Cancer Data Science, National Cancer Institute, to participate in a variety of projects investigating the gene regulatory underpinnings of cancer. #Transcriptional Regulation #Splicing #Single Cell Omics #Cellular Heterogeneity #Tumor Microenvironment #Noncoding variants and mutations #Enhancers


Qualifications

Applicants should have (or be within a few months of obtaining) a PhD (within last 5 years) in a computationally oriented field (Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics), with a strong interest in biology, and strong experience and track record in large omics data analysis; experience with single cell omics a big plus. Applicant must be interested in conducting an independent research project in a team setting.
