Key Responsibilities:
• Manage conference registrations, abstract submissions, logistics, and website administration.
• Assist advisory councils, committees, and task forces with administrative support.
• Oversee web content and maintain historical document databases.
• Collaborate with the CEO for research and program enhancement.
• Tackle diverse tasks as assigned by the CEO or Director of Operations and Programs.
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with EasyChair, Swoogo, and Juno is a plus.
