Description

The candidate will explore new approaches to analyze and model biological responses using systems biology approaches using single cell transcriptomics data. This is a great training opportunity in a cross-disciplinary research team developing new approaches to predict chemical-induced toxicity.

Qualifications

The suitable candidate will have a PhD in computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics or related field (by June 30, 2023), and experience in building data-driven computational modeling workflows.
