The Institute of Computational Genomics invite applications of highly motivated individuals for a Posdoctoral position (m/f/d) in graph algorithms for multimodal data analysis and integration. The researcher will develop graph-based methods for analysis and comparison of multi-omic data that can integrate data across multiple modalities and samples measured in distinct individuals. These methods will be used in the analysis of unique multi-omic data set on myocardial infarction and kidney diseases to detect early events of disease development and organ failure. The project will be performed in close collaboration with Michael Schaub (Computational Network Science) and Christoph Kuppe (Quantitative Cell Dynamics and Systems Biology) from the RWTH Aachen.
