I lead a small but wonderful laboratory working on complex structural variation in cancer, focusing in particular on extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA). We have a postdoctoral opening for multiple projects aimed at identifying the structure and function of ecDNA using long and short-read genomic data and integration of other functional data. More details will be provided to apllicants.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in (graph) algorithms, optimization, machine learning and statistical methods. Knowledge of Cancer genomics is a plus.
