The Computational Biologist will perform cancer genome data analysis within the Applied Proteogenomics Organizational Learning and Outcomes Network (APOLLO) (PubMed ID # 30838639) and Dr. Wilkerson’s research group (www.usuhs.edu/node/122544). The Computational Biologist will analyze molecular profiling data generated at Uniformed Services to characterize tumor biology, such as identifying driver molecular alterations, molecular subtypes, and prognostic markers. Molecular profiling platforms will include DNA-WGS, RNA-seq, single cell, spatial sequencing, and/or related platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key analyst in collaborative studies, make primary contributions to scientific publications, and have opportunity for scientific and career growth.
