We are working on a variety of basic science and translational projects, involving both methods development and analysis of multi-omics bulk and single cell datasets, pertaining to gene regulation and evolution, specifically pertaining to cancer. We have close collaborations with numerous cancer biologists, oncologists, and immunologists.
