There is an immediate opening for a bioinformatics postdoctoral position in Tahlan Lab in the Department of Biology to study the epidemiology and evolution of mycobacterial pathogenesis using whole genome sequencing (WGS, Illumina) data. The position is funded for one year and the ideal candidate should have a background in processing/analyzing large microbial WGS and RNA-Seq datasets for comparative genomics and phenotypic studies.
