We are looking for a web developer and/or software engineer to join our group at the University of Lausanne (UNIL). Candidates for this position will work in the context of a large and multidisciplinary consortium aimed at developing personalized health approaches in oncology in Switzerland. The goal is develop computational resources to study tumor genomic profiles of cancer patients in our hospital within the Swiss Cancer Center Leman (sccl.ch), and the Center for Precision Oncology of the University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV).
We are looking for a candidate with experience in software optimization and web service development. You will work in collaboration with our team to optimize existing code, develop new tools, and embed them in user-friendly web-services for biologists and clinicians.
