Description

The development of peptide drugs and peptide vaccines are currently active research areas with wide applications in addressing unmet medical needs. In the project, we will be using structure-based modeling, machine learning, and different kinds of experimental data to provide valuable support for experimental drug discovery. From the project beginning, we plan to participate in real-life drug design projects (see short project description at www.ncn.gov.pl/sites/default/files/listy-rankingowe/2020-09-30apsv2/streszczenia/500780-en.pdf).

PhD positions in the OPUS project 2020/39/B/NZ2/01301 entitled " Development of tools for the rational design of peptide therapeutics " financed by the National Science Centre, Poland, is open for application.
