The Tan research group (tanlab4generegulation.org) is interdisciplinary and highly collaborative, utilizing both computational and experimental approaches to study gene regulation. We have pioneered multiple computational algorithms for regulatory genomics, epigenomics, and network biology. As a member of the Human Tumor Atlas Network, the Human Biomolecular Atlas Program, the Human Cell Atlas, the lab are studying both pediatric cancers and normal tissues using a range of single cell technologies.
We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a postdoc position. The position will specifically work on developing advanced computational algorithms for single-cell genomics
data in order to understand tumor clonal evolution and microenvironment during standard and immunotherapies.
The desired candidate must have a terminal degree (PhD) in computational biology, genetics, molecular biology, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field with a strong understanding of biology.
Interested candidates please send CV and three reference letters to Kai Tan, tank1@chop.edu.
