Description

Dr. Jinfeng Zhang's group at department of statistics of Florida State University is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work on machine learning and deep learning applications in computational biology and bioinformatics. The specific areas include protein structures and interactions, biological networks, genomics, and text mining.


Qualifications

Applicants should have obtained a doctoral degree in the past five years. The degree should be in or related to biophysics, bioinformatics, computational biology, or computational statistics. Strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or python is required.
