Eagle Global Scientific (EGS), LLC is looking for a Research Database Specialist to perform the following duties:
Manages the administration of clinical and genomic databases. Analyzes the organization's database needs and develops a long-term strategy for data storage.
Must be familiar and understand ORACLE database.
Adheres to policies and procedures related to data security and monitors/limits database access as needed.
Oversees the design, maintenance and implementation of the systems that manage an internal database.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Requires a PHD with 5-7 years of experience in the field, Extensive knowledge of clinical data retrieval and abstraction required.
Relevant knowledge of genome database construction and maintenance.
PhD degree with 5-7 years in research database experience and full understanding of the ORACLE Databases.
