Description

Our lab designs and implements data visualization, analysis, and management tools for genomic structural variants, dynamics of the 3D genome, cancer subtypes in patient cohorts, electronic health records, sensor data from mobile devices and wearables, (spatial) single-cell data, and large-scale epigenomics studies. Currently, we are hiring specifically for the following projects:
