This position will focus on design and implement tools to facilitate knowledge integration and data sharing/reuse. The strong background on either or both software-development and semantic web technology will be highly desired.

Prior experience with one or more of these technologies is preferred. Descriptions of how and why you’ve used competing technologies is also welcome.
Ph.D. in bioinformatics or in an appropriate scientific discipline required.
A minimum of two-year experience that includes software application development and programming. Must have proven expertise in building robust software in a multi-developer environment.
