Your role:
· As a member of our Bioinformatics team you develop creative solutions for data
analysis, visualization and storage of high throughput data in the field of
personalized cancer immunotherapy.
· In this context you will develop and test innovative data analysis technologies
(primarily using statistics and machine learning/ deep learning), i.e. to interpret
results from concomitant research and clinical data.
· Your tasks include provision of software and data analysis solutions for individual
requests.
· To program databases and data queries you apply standards conform with
regulatory requirements of clinical data (FDA/ EMA) and software engineering.
· You are part of an interdisciplinary team and work in close collaboration with other
departments, such as R&D, clinical development, and IT.
Your profile:
· You have obtained a graduate degree in computational sciences, bioinformatics
or life sciences with major in statistics and data sciences.
· You are a talented programmer and have applied i.e. R, Python, SQL, C++, and
linux shell scripting also in a clinical or regulated environment.
· You have demonstrated experience with the analysis of high content data,
particularly as obtained from high-throughput flow cytometry screening
experiments, immunofluorescence images, NGS, and query of public repositories
(SQL and noSQL type of data bases).
· For the interpretation of the results you will profit from your knowledge in cell
biology and immuno-oncology.
· You are a great teamplayer and have excellent communication skills. You are
proficient in English.
