Do you think that biology needs better models and better software tools? Are you interested in computational approaches to cancer? If your answer is yes, we might have a great position for you!

Multiple postdoctoral research positions in computational cancer biology are available immediately in OHSU Computational Biology Program in Portland, OR. The projects involve developing multi-omic, single cell modeling approaches to understand all phases of cancer development, building integrated tumor boards for molecular tumor boards, neoantigen prediction, cancer trajectory modeling and large scale data integration.

Our program is at a very exciting juncture with multiple large scale collaborations and a dynamic team environment. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of computer scientists, biologists and clinicians focusing on all aspects of cancer biology and developing novel measurement and treatment technologies.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact to medicine through computation and have demonstrated creative programming skills, preferably in an open source setting.
