The Ucar Lab studies the dynamics of epigenomic regulation of gene expression in human cells and discovers predictive signatures pertaining to human aging and aging-diseases. Requirements:
PhD. in a quantitative area: computer science, statistics, physics
Experience in analyses of genomic datasets
Programming experience in R, Python, or C++
