Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is looking for a Sr. Database Programmer to work as part of the research data warehouse/data management team. This individual will be responsible for managing the database that supports the research data warehouse as well as the BMI-hosted applications that feed the warehouse. This individual would also work on maintaining the BMI side of the warehouse interfaces, would help set up new interfaces, and would work to extract, transform and load new data into the warehouse. This team is also responsible for providing data to investigators, so this individual will also help set up those tools.
Required:
• 4 Years of Oracle Query Writing and PL/SQL in Oracle 11g/12c
• 4 years in Programming in SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
• Data analysis and analytical query writing.
• Experience in handling large data sets
Preferred:
1. Scripting language experience (Python, Perl, Php)
2. Experience in statistical language such as SAS or R
3. Experience in Healthcare
4. Experience in SSRS 2012 +
5. Experience in PowerBi/Tableau
