Preferably from within ALLAHABAD or UP/ Uttar Pradesh for WBSB, within Pune or MH/ Maharashtra for ICMR and Anywhere in India (Video Conference) for IOCBS.
Conference Registration FEE in INR for Presenting Author shall be supported. Candidate has to arrange for His/ Her own Travel, Accommodation (National/ International).
Also, POSTER printing charges, Rs. 999/- or Actual printing charges (desirable: VISTAPRINT bill/ invoice) - whichever is Least of the 2, may be considered for reimbursement.
Multiple candidates are allowed to partake in the same/ multiple Poster presentation collaborative efforts. However, Only 1 single "Presenting" Author is Financially supported.
