Description

The Channing Division of Network Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to work on interdisciplinary projects. Research opportunities in the lab include developing statistical approaches to analyze mobile health data, performing integrative analysis of multiple types of ‘omics data, and developing network methods with translational applications in biology and medicine. The work will be primarily supervised by Dr. Kimberly Glass, but will also include interacting with a highly interdisciplinary team of researchers from both the Channing and elsewhere. Qualifications

The successful applicant will be highly-motivated, have good communication, writing and programming skills (e.g. Matlab/R/python), and hold a PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field. A background in statistics, previous research experience in genomic data analysis and network methods, and an interest in applications in biology and medicine are strongly desired.
