We seek an exceptional Bioinformatics postdoctoral fellow or research scientist to conduct independent research in the emerging fields of microbiome-virus-host interaction such as non-coding RNA and immunity, gut microbiome and vaccine efficacy, the genetics and regulation of complex immune genes. This researcher will drive the integrative analysis of the collected deep sequencing data and the development of computational methods. Opportunities exist to interact closely with a group of accomplished intramural and extramural collaborators.
