We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals seeking postdoctoral or research fellow positions in next-generation sequencing and single cell genomics. The individual should be able to work very independently and under the general supervision of the Principal Investigator. Dr. Bhasin’s group has multiple interesting collaborations and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on many exciting projects involving cutting edge research in next-generation sequencing/ single cell sequencing.
Ph.D in biological/medical sciences with prior experience in next generation sequencing/ genomics is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate careful attention to detail and should be able to organize and summarize research data, report experimental results and assist in the design of experiments, techniques, and protocols. Additional responsibilities include maintaining laboratory supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly manner, maintain established hospital policies, procedures and objectives for laboratory safety.
