Research fellow position in Bioinformatics & NGS data analysis

Description

The candidate will:
1. Develop method to analyze, interpret, and visualize large NGS data (ChIP-seq, RNA-seq and WGS/WES).
2. Develop algorithms/pipelines for multiple OMICs data integration (eg ChIP-seq+RNA-seq, RNA-seq+WGS).
3. Work with our collaborators for NGS analysis and result interpretation.


Qualifications

The candidate should have following qualifications:
1. PhD degree in Quantitative Sciences (Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Biostatistics etc.) with some biology knowledge, or PhD in Biomedical Sciences with programming skills.
2. Experiences in NGS data analysis (DNA-seq, RNA-seq and ChIP-seq) and network construction are preferred.
3. Proficiency in English and with good work ethic.

Salary & Benefit:
1. Annual salary starts at US $55k and up depending on experiences.
