As a member of the analytics team, you will work within a group providing a portfolio of infrastructure, data analysis, training and development. Applications are invited from a PhD level bioinformatician with experience in the design and analysis of experiments that use next generation sequencing to gain information on gene expression regulation. Experience in adapting existing analysis tools to the data and developing of novel analysis tools is also desirable.
You will hold a PhD in a biomedical or quantitative science (or equivalent experience) and have evidence of working directly with wet laboratories to perform analyses. You will have a good working knowledge of biology, genomics, genetics and cell biology and proven ability to interpret and analyse high dimensional data sets and present results synthetically.
