The research directions are shown as below:
1. The drosophila and mouse model of nutrition and development problems, establish a microbiome - host correlation model and study on the relationship between the gut microbes and the host epidermal stem cells;
2. High-performance microbiome data analysis method, to better understand microbial ecology and evolution of the microbial community, and to verify the analysis results through the molecular biology experiment.
Successful applicants will be able to use the resources of the two groups (Microbiome bioinformatics group, and Drosophila gut development group), and to be guided by the two professors. The successful applicants are entitled to enjoy all necessary resources and have competitive salary.
