Description

We are currently looking for a post-doc in computational biology and cancer genomics to join our team. You will work in an interdisciplinary team including computer scientists, physicists, and molecular biologists, to address relevant questions in cancer biology using computational and systems biology approaches. We are interested in the genetic and epigenetic heterogeneity within and among tumors and how this heterogeneity determines cancer evolution, molecular phenotypes, and therapeutic response.

Our group is embedded within the Department of Computational Biology of the University of Lausanne and a member of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics and the Swiss Cancer Center Lausanne.
