Description

My lab is interested in the development of methods to analyze and integrate multiomics data, including peptide arrays, microbiome, transcriptome, metabolomics, single cell RNA-seq data and B cell repertoire to study the effects of the environment on the development of immune cells. This particular project involves research on antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19.


Qualifications

Being kind and passionate about developing methods to drive biological discoveries/experiments that can prevention disease or lead to improvement in one's health. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
