Description

The Hunter laboratory at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus has an opening for a full-time Research Associate to serve as a software engineer. Come join a prominent biomedical natural language processing team and help solve practical NLP-related tasks, including concept recognition, relation extraction, and text classification, at scale. Typical activities will include design, implementation, maintenance, and testing of software projects and infrastructure.

Work can be entirely remote, but applicant must be legally allowed to work in the United States.


Qualifications

MS in Computer Science or the equivalent (broadly construed)
