• Will be responsible for developing and applying statistical methods and/or computational tools for analyzing and visualizing single cell omics data and treatment prediction.
• Opportunities to interact directly with bioinformaticians, and biostatisticians, translational, clinical researchers, to develop methods or tools for analyzing patient single cell data.
• PhD in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related fields. Highly motivated and independent with a strong quantitative scientific background and programming skills. Research experiences in machine learning, and/or interactive tool development.
• Preferred: Experience of integration of multi-omics data. Experience with cluster environments or cloud computing. Excellent communication and writing skills.
