Description

Bioinformatics / computational biology positions are available in Dr. Benjamin Kidder’s lab (benjaminkidderlab.com/). Dr. Kidder’s lab focuses on stem cell and cancer epigenetics (e.g. ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq, Hi-C, Hi-ChIP, MNase-Seq, RRBS, DNA-Seq, etc), genome stability, and reprogramming using experimental, genomics, and bioinformatics approaches. We integrate functional studies and computational analysis of epigenomic and transcriptomic data.

Qualifications

Qualified bioinformaticians / computational biologists should have a (1) Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, (2) computer programming skills in at least one language, and (3) working knowledge of R.
