Post-Doctoral Researcher Position (NOW OPEN) will join INTERGEN, which aims at identifying cis-regulated loci associated with breast cancer risk, map and identify the risk associated regulatory variants and functionally characterise them to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying predisposition to breast cancer. Work will involve analysis of breast cancer DNA-seq and RNA-seq data, from tumour and normal samples.
We're looking for:holders of a Doctorate degree in Computational Biology or Biology/Genetics with bioinformatic/computational biology experience, or similar with experience in genomics/transcriptomics data analysis and visualization, good skills in Statistics, able to programme in R and other languages, good skills in English, good social skills, open personality.
