Postdoctoral Fellowships in Computational Regulatory Genomics

The Ovcharenko lab at NCBI seeks candidates to study gene regulation in the human and other complex genomes. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with an experience in regulatory genomics / deep learning / statistics. A major component of this work will rely on combining genomic data, artificial intelligence, and whole-genome data integration to decipher the semantics of the gene regulatory code.


Qualifications

Strong skills in computational biology, genome data mining, evolutionary biology, and/or development of deep learning tools are essential. Ph.D. degree is required. Applicants should have less than 5 years of postdoctoral experience.
